Confirm compliance with laws, regulations and Guidelines mandated by the approved framework documents for WEE-RDP, as well as the normal financial; management, procurement, and HR protocols, are correctly followed

Confirm documents' compliance, approval, and validity before final approval by Executive Director of the Program

Review the systems and procedures which are in place and make recommendations to address gaps or outdated systems and procedures; and Undertake sampling checks relating to financial transactions and administrative, procurement and HR activities to determine the efficiency and accountability of these transactions and activities

Provide internal control mechanisms by developing spreadsheets for Program units to ensure no duplication takes place

Build and maintain productive working relationships across WEE-RDP at both the PMO and PO level

Prepare recommendations for the updating WEE-RDP policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations based on the findings of audits

Follow up the remedial/ corrective actions to be taken by various provincial offices and support units of the Program and report any delay in the given timeline

Assistant to Executive Director Afghanistan Rural Enterprise Development Program (AREDP)/World Bank Project 01/2014 - 12/2015

Manage and follow up on all scheduling for Executive Director, which includes maintaining appointments calendar and tracking system for requests, commitments

Review the documents and files as per the AREDP procedures before the Executive Director signatures
