I love learning new things and I’m good at growing a passion for whatever it is. I love to lead and teach others, I believe good leadership is a necessity to maintaining and improving a great working environment. I aim to get tasks done correctly and as quick as possible, i'm very fast on my feet. I’m also very comfortable asking lots of questions if needed; a clear goal and execution is very important in certain environments. I'm also great with customers, I enjoy asking people how their day is going and making sure they leave at least with a smile on their face!

I would love to find a job that provides hands on training and opportunities to flourish!

Work Experience

Senior Coordinator Project Management

Walmart - Orlando, FL

July 2021 to Present

Food Delivery Driver

DoorDash

May 2019 to Present

After I accept an order, I am directed to drive to the restaurant/merchant. Upon arrival, I communicate and confirm with the merchant which order I will be picking up and delivering, once it is finished and sealed, I put the order into my car and begin safely transporting to the customer. Often times I have to communicate issues with customers, either about their order or transporting to their location. While being an independent contractor, I believe I’ve had to become a lot more disciplined than I would have in any other position.

Customer Service Representative

Adecco - Saint Cloud, FL

August 2020 to July 2021

Cashier/Receiving Team

Burlington - Elk Grove, CA

February 2017 to December 2018

At first I was a cashier, that also assisted the floor team with anything they needed;finding/replacing items, customer service, layaway, cleaning up, changing floor layout, etc. After a few months or so I moved to the receiving team because they noticed I was a fast learner, very quick on my feet and a willing helper. I helped the team with the morning deliveries, making sure items and clothing are floor ready and then bringing them out to the floor and putting them in their correct placement. I'm a pretty versatile team player so my bosses tend to put me where ever help is needed because they know they can count on me.

Club Lounge Attendant

Sheraton - Pleasanton, CA

February 2015 to December 2016

I alone prepared and collected the breakfast items that were to be served in the Club Lounge every morning. I set up the food in the same, appealing layout every shift. I greeted and conversed with every guest as they came in, answering if I could or directing any questions presented. During breakfast hours I kept the lounge clean, with food and beverages always properly stored and replenished. I would disposed of all waste and clean the lounge in entirety after breakfast hours everyday. I assisted in other kitchen prep activities after when necessary. I received a raise based on merit while working at this location, while getting a lot of recognition from both staff and hotel guests daily. Impact

Hollister Co - Pleasanton, CA

August 2014 to December 2014

I worked as an impact associate, which usually meant that my shift was spent in the stockroom. I would handle shipments as they came in, censor new items and put them in the correct location based on their sku. When the floor was busy, I would assist in the fitting rooms and keeping the store floor organized and restocked. Everyday I assisted in helping other associates and customers with finding size checks and specific items in the stockroom. Sometimes after store hours I would assist in changing out any fixtures as well as changing the layout of the store.
