Accomplishments

Coordinated the business requirement documentation, system workflow processes and testing of developed solution for the implementation of Healthy Future Sask (HFS) project. The HFS project is a longitudinal health research study and Pan-Canadian Population health research.

Led the Business Analysis team while doubling as the Project Manager to successfully implement the Enterprise Resource Management Systems (ERMS), an ERP software, to improve the operational efficiency of managing the organization’s resources and eliminate over fifty (50) paper-based forms resulting in a significant cost savings of over $30,000 monthly.

Successfully implemented a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) solution called Integrated Group Settlement Hub (IGSH) that resulted in the reduction of the processing time of inter-affiliate settlement processes from over 24 hours to less than 4 hours per subsidiary of the organization

Led the Business Analysis and Quality Assurance teams to elicit and document business requirements, developed use cases and test scripts and executed the Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in the implementation of upgraded version of Core Banking Application called Finacle 10X.

Healthy Future Sask (HFS) is a regional cohort of the Canadian Partnership for Tomorrow’s Health (CanPath) project which is a longitudinal population health research project to understand the effect of genetics, behavior, family health history and environment on the causes of cancer and other chronic diseases. The focus of the project is to develop a research-ready platform to recruit volunteers that would participate in the survey and monitored for over 50 years.
