• Sections I work on are Blue (PT/PTT), COVID, Lavender (CBC), Urine (urinalysis or urine culture), and Windoapth (PAP specimens) TIQs. Right after whoever needs help depending how many we have for the day I work on other TIQ sections too

• Added it to salesforce to let FSR know and inform the client in order to be re-educated as a reminder for the future.

• I email the offlines to each department (Molecular, Microbiology, Pathology) of the resolved TIQs for the day.
