CEO/CFO for a local real estate development company, negotiate, coordinate, and prepare sales agreements. Negotiate due diligent terms between landowners and company. Managed complex issues with soil studies, engineers, surveyors, dot requirements, boundary plat issues, tile issues and negotiated subcontractor terms, pricing, and times. Obtain permitting, zoning, erosion control and environmental approvals. Negotiated wetland mitigation. Conducted weekly inspections and maintained positive relationships with all stakeholders. Manage entire projects from inception to completion. Set-up and managed multiple (HOA) Homeowners Associations.
