Developed a unique relationship model and implemented an intra-company communication plan to increase transparency during conversion events. Led >250 client integration projects for small to mid-sized broker-dealers, resulting in on-time completion and increased clearing revenue. Over the last four years, the annual clearing fee revenues through new client acquisitions were an average of $7 million.
