Supervisor UPS

As a supervisor I retained several titles. I worked officially as the safety supervisor. Responsibilities include: Organizing and running hazmat and all other compliance training. The safety committee was overseen by me, giving the employees the full support they needed from the management team. I ran all new hire orientation classes which ran about 4.5 hours each, as well as other HR duties. I also served as the RMP for the preload shift. This is the title given to the responsible management person in charge of the damaged materials program. Responsibilities include: overseeing damages, leakers, hazardous materials and over goods. Completing daily, weekly, and monthly audits.

I managed the middle of the building. This includes two sort aisles, two data correction stations, a small sort, and the post office, with a total of twenty-five employees.
