Carry out all the responsibilities of the Safety Health and Environment Coordinator as stated below, Conducting trainings

FSC reports, FSC audits

Co – coordinating the engineering works, Oversee the warehousing on site (close to 2 million worth of stock)

Oversee the quality department and see ways of improving the standards.

Managing HR issues on site (for 100 staffs)

Look for new cost improvement techniques, Implement cost improvement plans

October 2014 till April 2017: Asaleo Care (Fiji) Ltd – Safety Health and Environment Coordinator

My role is to change the culture of the organization in a manner where staff at all levels become Safety conscious, and value safety, health and the environment.

Develop and mentor the OHS Committee as safety champions of the Company and drive the Safety agenda across the Business

Develop and carry out safety inductions of staff as well as external contractors
