Learn to Swim Guarantee (LSG)

Basic Information

● What is the LSG?

We guarantee that your child aged 3 or older will learn to swim by 12 private lessons or up to 4 free lessons will be given until our guarantee is met.

"Swimming" is defined as being able to kick or kick & paddle with their face under the water, return to the wall after a jump or "fall" and climb out of the pool. To qualify for the guarantee the child must be 3 years or older and have no mental or physical disabilities.

● Why do you offer the LSG?

We want to make sure we deliver results for our customers and that the swim lessons are focused on water safety skills first.

● Is it difficult to have students meet the LSG?

No it is not difficult and cases where the LSG are not met are rare as long as the LSG conditions are met. A pool too cold for example increase chances of not acquiring the skills. If you are having difficulties contact us as early as possible. You can find more information about the LSG on page 13 of the Instructor Manual. Please let us know if you have any additional questions about the details of the Guarantee. In the event that any of the following conditions are not met, it is your responsibility to notify Sunsational at ad4poi@r.postjobfree.com as soon as possible to avoid confusion. We require instructors to contact the office before the 9th lesson, so we can give you support and advice for the LSG skill set.

The following conditions must have been met to be eligible for the LSG:

● Child must be 3 years of age or older

● Pool must be at least 82 degrees for all lessons

● Private lessons only (most customers register for 30 minute lessons, but 45 and 60 minute lessons qualify as well)

● The child must be in the pool for the entire duration of the lesson, for all 12+ lessons
