Introduction

My name is Monique Kleynhans, I was born on the 04th of August 1987. I can speak

and write Afrikaans/ English fluently.

I matriculated in 2005 at Despatch High School in the Eastern Cape.

I'm a reliable and hardworking young lady. I see myself as an honest person who is

striving to address my responsibilities with great loyalty and dedication. I'm an extremely

neat person in my work and appearance. I use to do modeling and give modeling

classes to young ladies at the moment therefore I am a very friendly person who has

loads of self-confidence and is always confident in what I do. I get along and make

friends very easily with other people and co-workers, socially and in the work place. I'm

also a loyal person and always in/on time. I take pride in every task that I am doing and

respect any changes.

I went to London when I matriculated were I did Hospitality work. I worked myself up as

a Supervisor/ Assistant Manager. My duties included: Opening and closing the

premises, setting up, till floats, cashing up, stocktaking (food, drink, crockery, equipment

etc.), dealing with customer complaints, running the bar, kitchen (chef), restaurant and

seeing that everybody and everything was in order and happy. I did my Excellent

Customer service Everytime and Excellent service Everytime courses there in London.

I started working for Attorneys Landman, Steyn & Ellis from Mondays-Fridays and

worked part time at RCS Financial Services on Saturdays and Sundays, when I came

back to South Africa. My duties and responsibilities included: Legal Secretary,

Receptionist, Litigation, Cashier, Cashing up, banking, Legal Wise, Legal Aid, Clientele

Legal, Scorpion, General typing, statements, letters, Agreements, Wills, Charge sheets,

Accounts, blacklisting (Transunion- and Experian), Taking instructions for matters,

criminal matters, Opening a case/ files, filing, Affidavits, general matters, etc.

I currently work at a company called Out of the Blue, Jeffrey’s Bay as a contract

employee. My Duties and responsibilities include sales and merchandising.

I have very good computer skills and fully computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Legal

Wise, Legal Aid, Clientele Legal, Scorpion, Transunion, Experian, Mercantile etc.

My reason for leaving was to open my own modeling school which I am running at the

moment. I'm now looking for a full time job. My modeling classes will be part time and

after hours. I'm looking for an office/admin/secretarial job for Attorneys, Businesses etc.

Or Supervisor/ Assistant Manager in Hospitality, Businesses etc. like my previous jobs

as stated above.

I'm always available for interviews and can start immediately after an interview or after

an offer have been given to me.
