• Setting up simple computer networks : I learnt how to setup a simple network and how it works. I was also taught about network security, network types and about network security protocols.
• Customer Service: During this period, I also how to handle the requests made by the customers to make their lives easier. I was also assisting them in performing functions such as scanning and printing of documents.
