Controller
I am the controller for an Oil & Gas Equipment Rental & Sales company where I maintain the daily functions, checkbook, accounts payable, sales, sales tax, accounts receivable, payroll, financial statements, budgeting, etc. I manage several employees and I also manage the IT Department. I do the payroll for 75 employees weekly. I handle the open enrollment for our health insurance and 401k and all benefits. I am responsible for all the office staff in the corporate office in Tulsa Oklahoma, and all field offices located in Midland, Texas, Alice, Texas, Conroe, Texas, Center, Texas and Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. I am in charge of two companies, DMI International, Inc., and Dieco Manufacturing, Inc. In my first of employment I did the following:
• Converted the company software from DOS to our current software - NetSuite
• Saved the company a million dollars in insurance premiums for property, vehicles and workers comp insurance
• I collected a lot of money in revenue that the company was unaware of that they were even owed
• Caught up a year worth of billings, payroll taxes and 401k Thermal Windows 2012-2014

I was in charge of the accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial statements, etc.

I was the firm administrator for the CPA firm where my primary duties were taking care of the CPA firm and the staff. I was in charge of a building remodel where I set up the offices, including designing, finishing and decorating. I was in charge of moving the entire office from one location to another and had us up and going over night.
