Duties & Responsibilitie
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT.
Ensure targets are met as far as raw kernel, value added products, beverages production is concerned.
Ensuring good quality of raw material is procured by advising the field operations department on quality issues. Always guided by the company and set standards.
Ensure maintenance of high standards of hygiene in processing as provided for in our food safety program. Ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMPs) always.
You will be expected to maintain in good order factory machineries, and other related assets, research on upgrading current ones, advice on acquisition of others as business grows. Any machine/equipment breakdown must be communicated to the Operations manager.
