Communication
With being a great leader comes great communication skills. Having to talk to people of all backgrounds and still find a way to get the job done could be seen as a challenge for most, but for someone such as myself, I pride myself on being able to adapt in any type of environment. Being in a position of leadership, I find myself constantly having to find a way to effectively communicate daily tasks and responsibilities to those around me. No matter race, gender, or age, I have found it very easy to be in a place of leadership while having great relationships with anyone I have ever worked with.
Leadership
Over the years, I have found myself always put in leadership roles from sports teams, home life and regular work life. I have been team captains, shift managers, assistant managers and even had leadership over the household. I am always looked at as the responsible person in mainly ever situation or job I have ever dealt with
