Before this project is into live Providers used to submit their claims manually by filling a form and courier the required documents to the concerned team but now Provider can submit their reconsideration request online with the supporting documents attached, they can also get the status of the request, can update the request in the middle of the process.

Description: Concourse is an application developed in Pega. To intake customers’ requests. Customer requests can either be through a phone call or through an e-mail. Whenever an ERC team receives a customer call or an e-mail, a case is created for each request with unique Case ID and in case of an e mail request the response is sent to the e-mail with the Case ID in the subject of the response. Each case is categorised based on the situation the customer is in and the type of service needed. A new enrolment would get a new case ID and if there’s an existing enrolment there is an option to merge the new case with the existing one. Existing enrolment details. Responsibilities:
