Graduated with M.Sc (CGPA= ) in Rural Development from Haramaya and with B.Sc (CGPA=3.52) in Natural Resource Management from Mekelle Universities. Since my graduation:

--Based in Addis, trained in CIPM, working as Program Operations Manager in MIH Charity organization. Managed all program operations to achieve KPI metrics & improved delivery efficiency. --In GIZ, based in Addis, as National Advisor for Civil Society & Private Actors Engagement, managed an inclusive

& responsible land governance through policy approach for community in Gambela, Benshagul and Amhara regions. Coordinated local CSOs and implemented in consortium with GIZ, WHH, GLAD, PDC & ORDA in regions. Developed joint operational work plan & cascaded strategy along with building the operational and technical capacity of implementing Actors.

--In Save the Children - as Public-Private Partnership Specialist, managed & nurtured strong Partnership with key public and private sectors. Managed & nurtured a Consortium among key 6 implementing partners (PaDET, REST, HUNDEE, Employers, Job creation commission, MFIs) to enhance youth employment. Worked for & with over unemployed youth and young women aged 15- 29 have who received work-readiness training & career guidance modules in districts of regions. Among, about youth were self & wage employed.

--In MEDA, based in Addis, as Income Generating Activities Coordinator- worked in consortium and coordinated Canadian Development organizations, BoA & university to enhance Community project ownership through generating reliable income from local businesses & entrepreneurial skill.

--Sasakawa Africa Association,SAA, based in AA, as Agro-pastoral Livelihood Program Officer- coordinated the introduction of improved agricultural technologies along value chains into agro-pastoral women and landless youth and scaled out best practices to 215 FTCs of 21 districts.
