On numerous occasions, have created and implemented Compensation Systems that modified organizations’ compensation philosophies while impacting over 15,000 exempt and non-exempt employees. These major projects introduced consistent use of titles, matching positions to the best market data available, ensured internal and external pay equity and allowed individuals clear career path opportunities.

Designed and developed a Profit Sharing program with the CEO. Created formal communications for the program that included organizational driven performance metrics to 1,300 non-union employees.

Designed and implemented industry leading EXCELerator Collector Compensation Incentive Program for 3rd party collections staff that produced a 50% reduction in turnover for employees with more than 90 days tenure.

Lead contact on Ceridian Dayforce configuration, implementation and conversion. Currently working on implementing the Compensation module for the 2024 annual merit process.

New position to the organization. Hand-picked by the CHRO.

Worked directly with Senior Leadership in collaboration with Finance and IT to create the Big Blue Bonus Program for the hourly workforce. Reduced turnover by 20% and increased employee satisfaction scores by 12%.

Introduced a Common Review process along with a company designed Performance Evaluation including communication plan for all levels of the organization, calendars, FAQ’s, etc.

Managed a position classification and market pricing project in anticipation for future growth of the company. Responsible for all aspects of creating and defining Compensation best practices, policies and procedures.

Worked directly with the Founder on designing, developing and implementing a system driven Employee Recognition program. Worked with the company’s Widget Factory to develop and implement a recognition system.
