July 2019, I accepted the position as Director Pre-Construction & Contract Management for RES- Renewable Energy System, Americas for the development of Renewable Energy Projects in USA and Canada. I led project management, proposal and commercial operations, procurement and engineering team and secured development of 800 MW Wind Farms and 100 miles 220 KV OHTL in USA and sign-off BOP contract of $300 Million USD. May 2017, I accepted the position as Executive Director, Construction & Project Development of Karbatan Utilities Services, Group of United Chemical Company of Kazakhstan. The “United Chemical Company (UCC)” LLP has been established in 2009 by the decision of the Board of Directors of the "National Welfare Fund" Samruk-Kazyna" JSC, the initiative for the development of Economic Zone for Petrochemical Industries and Utility Services for the development of Civil Infrastructure, 300 MW Captive Power Plant, Water management of Treated and Waste Water Treatment plant, High Voltage Transmission Line (40-Kilometer-long) of 220 KV / 110 KV, HV Substations, Industrial Gases plants and construction of Polymer, Polypropylene and other Petrochemical products.

As Executive Project Director of Samsung C&T, Renewable Energy Canada (2014 – 2017) I led the efforts for the development of IPP (Independent Power Project) Renewable Energy Projects

(Wind/Solar) in Ontario and successfully completed site acquisition, environmental assessment, Power Purchase & Implementation Agreement and design in collaboration with our partners for phases 1 and 2 and began construction in 2013. Phase 1 wind cluster has been completed and is currently in operation (wind power generation total capacity of 1,369 MW and 519 MW solar in Ontario, Canada). In Global leadership roles (2012 - 2015) as Director- Construction & EPC Contracts of Samsung C&T, South Korea, I successfully negotiated and contracted three mega projects of total 9000 MW and 190 MIG Independent Power Project (IPP) / Independent Water & Power project

(IWPP) Combine Cycle and Desalination projects in Middle East and CIS Countries, LNG project in Singapore for the extension of 4th Storage Tank of capacity 260,000 m3 & regasification facilities (EPC contract price $700 Million USD). I led the projects to its entire life cycle from conceptual stage to successful execution. Resolved contract related disputes and claims of $350 Million USD with client and subcontractors and reached to amicable global settlement at the closure of projects

During 2012 – 2018 I also acted as Negotiator/Arbitrator and resolved the disputes of $631 Million USD with subcontractors and clients due to non-compliance of contractual and commercial obligations.

Advocated Owner of KUS/UCC and resolved the disputes on variation orders and prolongation cost of $7.5 Million USD by EPCM Contractors and local subcontractors in Kazakhstan and implicated liquidated damages of $40 Million USD with full force. Successfully achieved savings of more than $12 Million USD to the company As Executive of Samsung C&T resolved the disputes of $350 Million USD on VOs & prolongation cost and implication of L/Ds due to delays of CCPP projects in Middle East On Ontario Grand Renewable Energy Project in Canada nullified claims of $55 Million USD as L/Ds by owner and advocated contract leaned by subcontractors in the Construction Court of Law and successfully substantiated VOs and prolongation cost of $17.2 Million USD At Roy Hill Mining Project in Australia successfully resolved the commercial disputes of $279 million dollars with the subcontractors

In 2010-2012 I was appointed as Senior Contract Performance Manager- O&M LTSA, GE Services, Canada for execution and implementation of $200 Million dollars Long Term Service Agreement with Suncor and McKay River Cogen Power Plants in Alberta, Canada (5x7E and 2xFA GE Gas Turbines)

2001 – 2010 I was hired by GE Power, New York, USA for the Construction & Contract Management of new units (Wind Turbines, GTG, STG and Nuclear Steam Turbine) and successfully secured the sales of $1.0 Billion USD in Middle East and Europe.
