PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE SALT LAKE CNC INC. 03/2022-08/2022 Start-up HAAS CNC machines, ensure that they are running on the correct operational program, that all shavings are cleared from the jib and that all raw parts are secured and ready to be run. Do a thorough check of the coolant levels, coolant concentration, oil levels and also make sure that the chip barrels are empty and put in the correct place. Set up Quality Check area making sure the calipers, micrometer, height gauge, profile gauge, and pins and files are present and accessible. Work includes having the ability to work with tight tolerances and ensure that every piece goes through a thorough quality check and is within the proper threshold for a passing standard. At the end of each shift a full clean-up of work area is to be completed, including, cleaning out and spraying down each machine, being sure to get the aluminum shavings out and make sure that no parts of the machine have been clogged up or damaged during the day. Removing and dumping chip barrels, filling coolant, properly store Quality check tools at work station, making sure work area is neat and tidy before punching out for the day.

Roatating duties such as starting the machines to thread the raw metal bodies to completing the inside build for the finished product to be moved down the line and tested and palatized and shipped or stored for inventory. LAUNDRY ATTENDANT/HOUSEKEEPING THE MCCLURE HOTEL 08/2019-01/2020 Assist hotel housekeepers with stocking clean linen for daily cleaning schedules. Operate industrial washer/dryers. PACKING/SHIPPING/FREEZER DEPT. ZIGENFELDERS 05/2016-08/2017 Worked on packing line and in freezer department. Packing was the last step before shipping, in the freezer department. It consisted of gathering the filled bags/boxes of popsicles off of a fast-moving conveyor belt and organizing and sealing the completed master box and sending it back down the conveyor to go to the freezer/shipping department. In the freezer department, the finished master boxes would be stacked onto skids, 3 wide and 7 high, then wrapped in plastic wrap and moved by forklift into either the deep freezer or onto the truck for shipping. Duties included creating weekly schedules, gathering daily, weekly, and monthly WV waiver client documentation to be turned into the state, budgeting all money associated with each client, ensure that each client has all necessities as well as making sure that the staff has the proper paperwork and supplies needed for each working shift.
