● Assembles and performs quality control checks for all instrument trays used for surgery assembled according to the most current count sheet. Performs monthly QA reports for the assistant administrator on tray accuracy, sterilization biological reports and missing instrumentation/incomplete trays.

● Establishes and maintains a good professional rapport with staff, nurses, doctors and other applicable departments. Conducts daily rounds in the OR to handle any issues or concerns the OR personnel may have.
