I am a Grill Cook and I Cook baked chicken thighs, and was cut them down to 1-inch across & I cut them down and I put them on the flat top grill. I then would cut up 15 pound of pork slave to be prepared and placed in the smoker for 16 hours and then they would have for the next days to serve. I would lift and pan the cooked chicken thighs and cut it into 1 inch around squared pieces and I would grill it & while merging with teriyaki sauce and different other sauce for the finished meat products that were made to order for the customer.

I was hired as a team member cook that started out learning the front counter area of the store and I would work my way around the store doing an excellent job assisting the team anyway I could. I was the leading afternoon closing cook and I was responsible for all of the flame-broiled burger patties that were on the whopper and chicken and all fish products that were ordered by the customers. I stocked the inventory truck to be put in the walk-in freezer and then I sometimes would change out the oil vats for the frying of French fries and the other products that required frying.

I operated the machine that mixed the meat skins with the main meat ingredients to be produced into nuggets products to be sold worldwide. I would drive the pallet jack and load combos of meat weigh approximately under/over 12000 lbs and drive them to weigh station, there I would weigh skins and Meats to the weigh desired and then I would pick up the combos and dump them into the meat grinder machine to be mixed in together for next production line to be able to produced and packaged for purchase. I was given a chance as a team member cook that started at the bottom of cook rotation and eventually trained and worked under my General manager who would call me to help open the store if he was short handed. I would basically disassemble and washed, sanitize the bun toaster which I received burns 1-2 times in a learning experience. I worked my way to the #2 cook in the store.
