Area Property Manager -Tax Credit/PBRA Dekalb Housing Authority September 2023 to Present

•Assistant Regional Manager with 7 properties with marketing of Market, Section 8, Home, FDIC, Bond and/or LIHTC housing sites, operations safety, and property maintenance standards. Regularly visits site offices, inspects field operations, and reviews periodic reports from property.

•Managers determine the progress of occupancy and maintenance projects. Prepare directives for the Property Managers on policies and procedures of the Company. Review budget estimates and assist Property Managers, when necessary, in preparation of acceptable budgets for properties assigned to the portfolio. Participated in The Uniform Physical Condition (UPCS) to perform a range of inspections onsite. Checking for health and safety issues ensuring that maintenance complete them within a 24 period.
