This is an NGO which helps the vulnerable by providing them with skills so that they can use them to improve their lives and standards of living. At the end of each course each was given capital to start off according to the course taken. I was in charge of the whole catering department of which I was supervising and planning for the department making all necessary budget and requisitions. In this I was also working as an instructor giving students the basic skills. During my year with the organization the number of students increased by 20% passing with high grades.
We also managed to start up a canteen where we would sale the products made by students. Due to the daily distance traveling l had to leave finding a new job. 2018 - 2018

Each day l had to plan for the local meals buffet which had to be served in time this means food had to be ready by 11am .
This was mainly a self service restaurant.

The school had three compass with a population of 4500students which were served meals from one central kitchen and this means all meals had to be ready on time in order to be delivered in each sompass.
