JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop HSE management system/ Provide Technical solution to implement Safe work practice in site.

Carry out HSE Training, HSE Walkthrough, HSE Inspection and Mock drills in site.

Perform Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment for various site activities.

Preparation of weekly/monthly HSE performance report, accident report, near miss report, accident investigation report etc.

Highlight all the unsafe act/condition, near miss through the safety correspondence to all the concerned persons by regular site inspection and observation for corrective action for all the safety non-compliance.

Compile and maintain HSE statistics and present HSE Performance Report to management.

Organizing Monthly Safety Committee Meeting and

Discussing all HSE issues arising in site by legal, client, consultant and third party, finding solution for all issues, implement the same in site, prepare a report and submit to management.

Provide site-based induction for all employees to make them understand the safety regulations and the hazards associated with the project.

Organizing Safety Motivational Program and mock drills in site to develop positive HSE culture among employees.
