Provide individuals, families, and groups with the support needed to cope with chronic, acute, emotional disturbances that may be impairing the youth functioning in multiple domains. The Provider utilized Telehealth, School-Based as well as In-Home Therapy Services, to support the youths and their families through audio and video technology, real-time communication. The Provider is assigned a caseload of (IFI) Intensive Family Intervention individuals for In-Home Therapy Services: One or more (IFI), Intensive Family Intervention members deliver this service as a team consisting of professional and paraprofessional staff, offering a combination of medically necessary In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Training and Support, and Therapeutic Mentoring.
