Perform psychotherapy services, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), tailored to each patient's needs.

Teach patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for symptom management and relapse prevention.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. Uses practice guidelines or other physician orders for medical aspects of patient care including prescription drug orders that are mutually agreed upon and signed by the APN and physician.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Documents that laboratory studies and/or physical examinations have been ordered, completed, and reviewed per procedure.

Respond to patient portal messages, refill requests, conduct ongoing assessments.

Maintains excellent member and family relationships and provides excellent customer service.

Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
