Night Shift Supervisor. My duties consist of overseeing the entire plant operation from the start of production to the final packaging.

* Analyze and resolves any issues throughout the Plant.

* Counsel/coach associates when needed.

* Record all nightly data in Excel Spreadsheet.

* Perform associate evaluations.

2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Injection Molding. My duties consist of directing 2nd shift molding operations in the manufacturing of headlights and taillights for the world's largest automobile manufacturers (Tier 1 Facility).
