Q/A Objectives & Key Performance Indicator –KPI:

• To ensure all quality control procedure in the factory to meet customer’s requirement.

• All incoming material should undergo standard fabric inspection procedure and must satisfy all performance tests as specified by customer.

• The principle involvement of early detecting defects, giving appreciable feedback and ultimate resulting in the correction of the problem.

• To maintain SOP to control processes such as mock up, shrinkage report, fabrics inspection report, trims & accessories inspection report, GSM continuity report, Shade continuity report, singed pattern board, correct measurement sheet.

• To ensure all fabrics, trims & accessories, print, embroidery and appliqués’ placements are accurate as per tech pack, PPS and PPS comments.

• To maintain before and after wash measure to ensure bulk measurements ate 100% within tolerance.

• No surprising quality or measurement issues found at pre-final or final stage.

• Maintaining proper records, style file.

• No late inspections and if third party audits 100% pass rate.

• Sending goods at buyer’s warehouse random inspection pass.

• Zero quality claims from customer.
