2022 – Present Human Resources Generalist - Unity Bank

• Process payroll bi-weekly using iSolved for exempt and non exempt employees.

• Calculating and entering all retro pay, commissions and bonuses for payroll.

• Providing support to over 250 employees in a professional and confidential manner regarding all benefit and payroll questions.

• Preparing all journal entries and reports for the finance department after payroll.

● Accounts Payable responsibilities include write and post weekly checks, post invoices, expense reports, handle credit reports and balance monthly shipments for billing.

● Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now. Responsible for entering weekly payroll (including vacation and sick time), maintaining employee files and tracking I-9’s for over 70 employees.
