My work is noted for its innovative creativity, branding each project with a signature look specific to the client. This is a process of persuasion and sales, taking the client from concept, through the process of product aquisition and custom design. The client must be involved in the excitement of procurement and purchasing in order to take "ownership" of the subsequent budgetary implications relating to the upsell and final asthetic goal.

I have owned and operated two going concernes in fashion and interior design. My company has garnered multiple local and international awards for excellence in my industry. I have offered concierge level of service that has transcended generations of clients and their families. My ability to sell from conception to completion is one where my focus is to shepard the client throughout the development process. This ensures customer satisfaction and avoids any perception of the client feeling any buyers remorse. Careful coaching, coupled with the emotional management of the client, allows the sales to flow without pause and avoids delays in product supply At one point in my small boutique firm I was able managing more than two dozen projects with an estimated real estate value of $54m. This was interfacing with not only the clients and their ever shifting needs and wants but also the multiple trades and the charting and scheduling of their deliverables to ensure our projects were producing in a timely fashion. I was also very involved in community fundraising and staged many special events that brought my company's branding to front of mind in promotion while meeting the goals set for attaining funds for various charities.

I have relocated to Vancouver after divorce and am seeking a placement with a company that will offer advancement and challenges in my daily operations. I am goal oriented and I thrive in a fast paced environment.
