SEP 2004- MAY 2008 (4.5 years)Working as Mechanical Head in Heidelberg Cement Ltd, Madhya Pradesh.

Identifying areas of obstruction or breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools.

Scheduling and planning predictive, preventive maintenance for process plants, and root cause analysis including budgeting and cost control activities.

Frequent failures of Classifier dynamic blades prevented by introducing additional fixing arrangements and retainer arrangement.

Air slides problems overcame by incorporating individual air chambers for every chambers.

Coal Mill LM28.2 Feeding system Paddle Conveyor replaced with Rotary Air Lock there by benefiting enormous energy saving by avoiding false Air entry into all the feeding equipment’s of the Mill.

Modification of Coal Mill water spray system & Mill Feeding for the grinding of Pet coke.

Reliability of the equipment increases by making necessary modifications in Linear Stacker & Re-claimer and Coal Transport System.

Optimization of Vertical Raw Mill.

Electrical Energy conservation improved through arresting false air in the Mill grinding systems and Kiln & Preheater systems and Compressed Air usage optimisation.
