Cardinal Stepinac Village:
Provide leadership of multidisciplinary clinical team to provide safe, quality and consumer directed services in residential care.
Enable and monitor the delivery of best practice clinical and holistic care to residents.

Build relationships with resident’s family/representatives and involve them in life at CSV.
Ensure accurate, timely recording and reporting of Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) documentation that maximises funding opportunities.
Ongoing compliance with Resident Aged Care Standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Participate in the organisation wide Continuous Quality Improvement program, including incident reporting and investigation, clinical governance.
Main responsibilities in RSL Lifecare at William Beach Garden:
Helping Facility Manager with documentation including all resident’s assessments, resolving the audit papers, prepare allocation sheet and fill the staff in the roosters due to having only facility manager but not having deputy manager and care manager.
General responsibilities:
Provide and coordinate resident care and resident well-being by respecting their rights and dignity.
Supervise staff to function effectively and ensure efficient team work. Ensure IFC and WHS measures are in place and adhered to assess and evaluate individual resident care.
Perform clinical management and nursing interventions including wound care and management
Assist with the delivery and evaluation of nursing care based on the Residents assessments, care plans and the resident of the day program. Participate in ACFI assessments and documentation.
Participate in the Quality improvement program including undertaking audits.
Communicate with Medical Officers, carry out medical directions and evaluate outcomes.
Medication management.
