In Twelve Luxury Flats, each unit is programmed to have generous spaces with day lighting and ventilation on all four faces of every unit. The residential units are planned to cater to a unique setting of both private moments and social gatherings. The plan centers around a living and dining suite bounded by floor to ceiling windows that open up to a luxurious veranda. This personal yet very open space allows for a blurring of the indoor and outdoor and creates an affinity with the sky. In form, the verandas sweep in and out creating an organic profile with its soft curves and clean flowing contour contrasting to its solid white and grey palette - humanizing the otherwise cold feel of modern contemporary buildings. Connexion Hotel & Hospital (October 2012-December 2014) – A 20 storey Mediplex consist of a full fledge hospital, medical clinics, a hotel and retail components. The functions of the Mediplex are clearly demarcated, with the six storey podium housing the Accident & Emergency, Digital imaging, Radiology, Day Surgery Operating Theatres, Endoscopy, Intensive Care Units, Operating Theatres departments. Over 130 beds hospital wards partially occupy the north-eastern tower and more than 250 luxury hotel rooms, run by a separate management, complement the medical services by providing convenience to returning patients and accompanying relatives as well as providing support to the various medical conferences held. The medical clinics take up the entire south- western tower are internally connected to both the hotel as well as the wards yet maintaining physical separation. J.
