Innovation Associate is the biggest Pharmacy Automation provider in USA. The business wanted to expand, accelerate, and become more scalable, and the IA leadership decided to move to cloud all new initiatives and as much as possible from on-prem/on-site legacy software.

Responsible and leading company’s Cloud/Azure initiative, leads the design of several cloud project.

In collaboration with VP of Software Engineering and Director of Architecture established long term plan for the cloud journey thus responding to business direction for expansion and scalability

Responsible for budgeting, supervising, training, and career development of cloud teams engineers

Provides cloud related vendors oversight:

Participated and designed a home-grown Master Data Management (MDM) solution to address issues the client has with enterprise data.

Multi-year, multi-project enterprise program revamping Horace Mann’s (an Auto, Property, and Life Insurance, as well as Financial Services Company) business processes and technology and bringing the company on a modern technology level aligned with their business goals for expansion.
