Directs and coordinates daily plant operations in a safe and profitable manner.

Responsible for safety and development of 97 employees

Responsible for scheduling 4 extruders production lines and 2 Prewash lines.

Initiated the process of having our Post Consumer Resin (PCR) to becoming FDA certified.

Oversee the transferring of the final product (PCR) to the Little Rock facility storage silos.

Monitor Inventory levels for 5 PCR stock items to ensure stock is available to meet customer demand.

Lead continuous improvement activities and culture change in Safety, Quality and Operations
