I moved from Ohio 4 months ago and reside in

Woodstock, GA. My last job was at Cleveland Clinic on an Orthopedic nursing unit. I managed 10-30

patients daily. The patient population consisted of pre and post operative orthopedic patients, They

are primary joint patients, revisions, prosthetic joint infections, tumor, and amputees.

I worked at the main campus were I cared for

patients with high acuity. I monitored lab values, treated AKI, telemetry, atrial fibrillation, post op delirium, hypertension, anemia, volume depletion. I often consulted other teams such as Internal

Medicine, Cardiology, Nephrology, Infectious

Disease, and Geriatrics.

I rounded in the morning with the residents, case

managers, and nurses. I assisted in planning the

patients disposition according to the assessments

from physical and occupational therapy.

I have maintained my Ohio PA license and have a

Georgia PA License.
