Ensure that all food items are correctly labeled prior to storage or preparation. Organize pantry shelves to facilitate easy access as meals are being prepared. Receives orders, restock freezer and rotate stock. Write on cakes at customer’s request.
During high volume work shifts and fast paced operations, I still maintain high standard customer service. Helps management stay on top of supply needs by relaying information about low or spoiled inventory.
