I am writing to express my interest to secure a position as a Artisan Moulder.I am a qualified professional Artisan Moulder with an experience of 18 years.I hold a National Certificate in Foundry Work.I trained at a leading Parastatal in Zimbabwe,the National Railways Of Zimbabwe and attended College at Bulawayo Polytechnic College in Zimbabwe. I have a passion in moulding, coremaking,casting and fettling. I have worked as a Foreman, in which my background has generated team building, problem solving, quality management and decision making in the interest of the organisation. I am capable of operating Overhead Cranes. To date,my experience as Senior Foreman, I have managed the Foundry Shop Production and team dynamics in ethics of running the foundry shop, staff control and delegation,material resources and procurement,machinery inspection and furnaces operations and servicing, and health and safety practices.
