Job Description and Responsibility: HR/Admin & Facilities
Handling office correspondence independently (drafting, e-mail)
HR functions – Statutory compliances, Joining & Exit formalities
CLRA, BOCW, Workman Compensation compliance
Manage recruitment and selection process.
Employee database management, onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintaining Staff & Labors attendance (Man Hours).
Conducting performance appraisal
Aware of labour laws and its compliance
Rental Lease Agreement / Renewals and redress issues with civic bodies.
Company Vehicles & equipment’s maintenance - Insurance renewal & Claim Management, preparing rosters to transport employees
Petty Cash handling and maintaining accounts (payable & receivables)
