● Prepare Daily Quality Reports on Contractors daily coating and blasting Activities.

● Verified all the contractor's quality control personnel were Nace certified. And that they were fully competent and understood the coating and blasting specification before any work was started.

● Witnessed all Coating and Blasting Activities Performed by Contractor's crew members.

● Verified all inspections prior to abrasive blasting the substrate on the tanks was completed and documented both by quality reports and photographically.

● Verify All Coatings Systems, and record Batch numbers of each coating system.

● Verify All Holiday and Adhesion Testing is performed to site specifications and Nace standards

. ● Verified all inspections and testing were done in the correct manner and in the correct order.

● Provide Mentoring to Contractor as needed to ensure all work met site specifications.

● Notified the Owner's rep. When any coating or blasting activities are about to commence.

● Notified the Owner's rep. Immediately of any non-conformity issues committed by the coating contractor. An NCR report was then generated to address this concern.
