As the first Talent Acquisition professional in the company's history, I set the foundation, trained team members, and strategically drove core values in line with an EVP we created, ensuring all staff adopted throughout our hyper-growth from Seed Round to Series A. I had the privilege of assembling a world-class executive team I hired CRO, CHRO & CMO, complementing the original founding members of the CTO and CEO roles.
