• Assist with gathering, reviewing. and assembling due diligence information and loan documentation from pre-loan to loan documentation closing. Review all entity due diligence and CIP information, ensure due authority and ownership.

• Serve as liaison to coordinate the activities of external and internal groups, loan team and individuals who are a party to the loan.

• Submitting the final loan package to loan documentation department for accurate and timely booking of new and existing loans.

• Manage, coordinate, prioritize multiple loan closing and renewals simultaneously and actively. Always maintained a current pipeline.

• Process loan request as assigned - RLOC -Advance, pay downs, Payments, Loan Statements Post Interest reserve payments, Payoffs demand requests, Funding /Disbursement on new loans.

• Collateral due diligence and perfection for all types of collateral . Review address title exceptions for lender title insurance policy .

• Prepare and review loan documentation for accuracy and risk management . Coordinate loan signing . ( Notary if required ) Ensure proper collection and processing of fees collected.

• Enter and update ticklers on CASH on Track, Ordered Appraisals, Title Policy- Endorsement, Flood determinations/Worksheet, Order/ track Insurance, OFAC, UCC Searches, Experian Business/Personal,Tax Services,GeoCode FFIEC-GOV. Participated in PPP Loan Arrangements and Funding.

• Branch Operations Manager - Processed and approved Wire Transfers, cash orders, call back work, maintenance of customer files and records,exception documentation log.Balance ATM/ Vault, monthly branch certifications and CTR reporting. Approved checks deposited within limits, Opening and closing of the branch.

• AVP Central Operations Officer -balancing cash for all branches, balancing bill pay and ATM, Settlement and Reports, GL Balancing Report, NSF and Un-posted Items and Reports. Analysis and Treasury Management maintenance and online banking set up.- Business and consumer. Return Automation Exceptions,Account Reconciliation Balancing, Notices-Interest Checks. Verifications of Deposits, Return Item Processing, Collections and Adjustments.
