This was a role I picked up on short notice and I am grateful I was able to learn and pick up the pieces quickly. I worked with 7+ clients and their respective teams both onshore and offshore, gathering and documenting business requirements, writing and reviewing User Acceptance Criteria and PRDs, testing and delivering 100+ fully tested patches and builds for both legacy and cloud-based systems

●Received recognition for expanding a Payment Solutions Product lab from 15 to 100+ devices (200% annual growth rate), all while creating SOPs to streamline decade-old processes and consequently resulted in a 50% decrease in inefficiency levels for the executive leadership team and their cross-departmental stakeholders
