Work Experience
Evening deli manager
Concannons
April 2018 to October 2019
It was a take charge fast paced environment. Close quarters, very hot. I had to learn to do Prep for the
deli plus all the current deli work on my shift at same time. Had to be fast but also efficient. the menu
was expanded on several items,I had to learn how deal with an increase in sales and business, customers
and work several items into my job,we had to learn quickly how to process the new items while staying
on point with current items which we did. Had to keep up with making orders and closing duties at the se
time, got into a rhythm,a sort of schedule we made in order to keep customers happy but also keep the
boss happy while getting out on time. We succeeded in doing so. I did a lot of these things on my own,it
was scheduled to be that way, they knew I could handle a big work load. I left when both my parents
became sick. I took care of them full time.
Food Prep
MACS - Muncie, IN
December 2017 to April 2018
I did all the food prep for same and next day use. made sure all the food was dated and stored properly.
rotated the cooler with dates to make sure proper usage was applied. sanitized all my work areas as I
went. sometimes I would fill in for breakfast and make the gravy and the sausage for all the orders.i left
this job because Concannon offered me more pay and better hours.
Assembly Line Worker
DIY GROUP - Muncie, IN
March 2016 to December 2016
here I just worked in the assembly line. I worked a full 8hrs a day. I stood in one spot, this job was very
repetitive, which I did not mind,I actually liked coming into work here. I was on and off for little less than
a year. I left when my brother died
Cook/Prep
MACS - Muncie, IN
February 2014 to February 2015
at this MACS I was the sausage gravy maker and I was also the cook for lunch I also did biscuits and
something I did prep. I went where ever they needed me. I cooked on a large industrial grill and stove.
it was very hot, sweaty, very very fast paced. there was never a break in between this store stayed very
busy,I was always in the back. I was also the trainer for any new people hired in. I got lots of experience
training people when I worked here. it was fun I realized I was good at teaching and showing people how
things work. I think that was my favorite part of the job was being trusted to show someone else the
things I knew so they could be successful as well. I really enjoyed being able to do this
Cashier/Customer Service
Marsh - Muncie, IN
September 2000 to June 2014
I started out as a carry out,did that for about 2months,worked my way up to cashier,I did that 4yrs,then
I got into the office where I dealt with customer service,we took utility bills, western union money
orders, lottery tickets,I handled very large cash deposits multiple times a day. any time credit card/food
stamp card system jammed up I'm the one who would get it going again, making the phone calls, resetting
all the registers and credit card machines, linking it up with the computer system. I started talking
management with my store Mgr, but at that time I ended up having my 2nd child and that's what's me
to staying at home full time with both my very young sons. working for marsh helped me come out of
my shell,we were like one big family at my store, the one on North Walnut, I had regular customers that
would only deal with me,because I cared and o always went above and beyond what my job required. I
grew up at working for this company. Built on my people skills, working as a team player, learning how
to take command of a situation. I learned who I was and how I wanted to be,what I wanted from a job
and what I can put into a job.
Home Health Aide (HHA)
Muncie, IN
I've never actually worked as a health aide this is just something I realized about my self when I was
taking care of my parents. I really enjoyed being able to help them I spent the better part of a year doing
it. I took care of everything for them, cooked, cleaned, grocery shopped, medication, pharmacy trips, made
sure they stayed in a schedule,I kept them safe, clean, and happy and l always made sure they maintained
a healthy diet. like I said it was never an actual job of mine but I realized just how much I truly enjoy taking
care of people and making sure they always have what they need . a very patient person, understanding,I
can put myself in someone else's shoes and imagine how they might be feeling. I like making a positive
difference in people's lives.

tons of people experience ive also spent time working in a factory and I absolutely loved that type
of work weather it be assembly work or merchandise handling and I have an amazing work ethic I
get along great with everyone around me,I won't let it be anything less than 110% my absolute best.
I've always gotten along with my bosses co-workers and customers. I always put other peoples needs
in front of my own,im a very compassionate and understanding person and LOVE helping people it
gives me a very satisfying feeling when I'm able to help people. I'm an honest very hard working

I've been like this my whole life,it's something I feel inside myself. Making sure people are safe, happy,
healthy and they have what they need, any age, anyone who needs anything. I want to be the one who
makes that difference in that person's life. Always!
