Payroll – Managed the payroll process by ensuring all necessary earnings were properly accounted for and ready for processing by the payroll specialist.

(401(K) – Introduced and upgraded 401(k) plans at four companies, reducing fees, initiating auto-enrollment, company matching, and significantly increasing employee participation.

Benefits – Proficiently revamped benefit offerings at three organizations, leading to substantial reductions in employee costs while enhancing plan designs and introducing employer contributions to health savings accounts.

HRIS Systems – Efficiently implement new HRIS, Time and Attendance, and payroll platforms at four companies, resulting in enhanced employee self-service, advanced reporting capabilities, and streamlined access to HR resources.
