Some achievements of this application in 2017 include actual call shed benefits HTML/desktop release. myATT Overview delivered 1,230.20% more in benefits than planned. Call shed in mobility space was projected 6500 calls per month while actual was 100K calls per month at $6.30/per call.

Raw data, driving behavior data, historical data, what kinds of data comes from the different devices in the program. Information pertaining to UBI scores. Information about all the ways we communicate with the customer. CSAA Insurance group, which has an initial focus on the UBI component of telematics. PAS - policy administration system, which initiates UBI programs. Digital Web applications division, which is responsible for the My Policy telematics web application capabilities. ACP - Associate of club partners. Initial creators of the telematics program, and ongoing program and project management of the various components being built. ACP leverages different vendors to build out the various items.

Technical Business Analyst:
