Information about all the ways we communicate with the customer. CSAA Insurance group, which has an initial focus on the UBI component of telematics. PAS - policy administration system, which initiates UBI programs. Digital Web applications division, which is responsible for the My Policy telematics web application capabilities. ACP - Associate of club partners. Initial creators of the telematics program, and ongoing program and project management of the various components being built. ACP leverages different vendors to build out the various items.
