- Stay current on all appraisal industry changes with each Agency, State, Federal, and USPAP (including general appraisal industry updates from multiple appraisal forums)
- Field Review Rebuttals and Disputes for our compliance department
- Complete all out-going appraisal transfers, including collection of outstanding fees and ensure the transfer is fully documented and compliant for auditing purposes.
