Marketing Consultant May 2022 – Present

Product Management – Handled the creation of content for a client’s suppliers and packages on their website. Helped pioneer the processes and continuously revisited current ways of working in the product management team.

Ecommerce Management – Created processes in handling the end to end of a client’s Shopify business. This includes integrating apps or fixing the basic code of the stores and in any processes needed.

SEO Analytics – Search for and insert SEO key words (or related ones) into content in order to raise our Google Rankings and optimize our Meta Targeting.

Research – Kept an eye on the rankings of our paid searches for our high valued clients as well as competitors, making the business relevant and on top of the communication given to customers on any communication platform.

Product Marketing Manager November 2021 – September 2022

Product Management – I handle the product portfolio of Salesforce which includes three different cloud platforms: Sales Cloud 360, Marketing Cloud 360, and Service Cloud 360. I have created and adjusted all product presentations and one pagers relating to this. These are a blend of technical and qualitative decks that are targeted to our commercial business clients.

Sales Enablement Support – Currently spearheading a project that entails the creation of a program to support the product knowledge of our sales team. This includes crafting content for them to learn from and have as a sales kit on field.

Project Management – Currently involved on multiple projects for the betterment of the Third Pillar brand.

Events Management – I have launched 3 events since January that involves different teams from Globe (mother company), and Third Pillar enablement teams. One of the events, a tie up with the IT Interactions Philippines group, led to 38 new warm to hot marketing qualified leads that were passed on to our Sales team.

Team Manager – As of April, our CMO has resigned and although I am not the delegated officer in charge, I still manage the projects my team has so our marketing group remains agile. United Home Products – Unilab

Product Assistant April 2020 – August 2021

Product Management - Brand handler for Women’s Health and Pedia brands of United Home. This consists of 7 brands and the pipeline of new products that are applicable to the market. This includes demand generation, financial custodianship, new product development, and etc.

Market Development - I have launched 4 trade promotions all for 2nd sem of 2020 which led to hitting sell in targets before December 2020 and having a total business growth of 115% vs same period last year.

Project Management - Achieved 143% target achievement of my brands in Q1 2021 which is a 43% growth vs Q1 2020 through the timely execution of my ATL, BTL, Digital and trade programs.

Social Media Management and Consumer Activation - Launched Multi-B’s Multi-Mom online campaign that boosted sales for months of May and June. Brand was at a decline since Q4 2019 and experienced a sell in increment of 18%YTD June.

Strategy - Launched several trade strategies based from the sales analysis, a month into the job. This entails clearing our FDA concerns, creation of promo details, and execution. Helped set up the online shops for United Home Products as well as digital promotion for tail brands of item as well.

Strategy - Coordinated with Demand to find out the outlook for FY and bridged missing gaps versus target for each brand by creation of promotional lifts and ensuring proper execution and month on month sales quota reach.

Data Analysis - Done an end to end business review for the entire category simultaneous to my orientations, projects and sales targets despite being a new employee in our two-man marketing and operations team.

B. Braun Medical Device

Product Associate June 2018 – April 2020

Product and People Management - In charge of product knowledge and infusion therapy skills/trainings. Have conducted multiple product presentations internally to pre-hires and new hires, as well as externally to key opinion leaders as necessities for their hospital business. I have personally presented and trained more than 80 medical representatives, 100 sub-distributor personnel and multiple hospital businesses.

CRM & Data Analysis - Launched and created better, user friendly data analysis (CRM Salesforce and MS Excel) with basic coding in order to present our data (Sales Analysis and Engagement, Sales Incentives, Risk Management, Inventory Levels) to the sales representatives and executive members.

Events Management - Have worked on multiple national and regional events, including being the lead for big organizational names such as ANSAP and PONA. I was in charge of arranging the booth and design backdrops, the marketing materials needed, samples, the games we would be playing, and relationship management with the event organizers.

Strategy Development - Partnered closely with international marketing colleagues to create local marketing messages. Awarded 2nd in best marketing campaign in APAC region for 2019.

Graphics Design - Created multiple marketing collaterals and materials(design, booths, backdrops, fliers, etc) to be used for 2018 and 2019, across the division and business units.
