Description of work/responsibility:

• Make physical rounds of equipment and systems to check for unusual vibrations, noise, pressure, temperatures, or other signs of potential problems.

• Carrying out routine Inspection of Emergency Diesel Generator and report any abnormalities to the shift Lead.

• Performing startup and shutdown checks on Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine.

• Carrying out preventive maintenance (lubrication, mechanical integrity checks and visual inspection on pumps.)

• Performing maintenance works on plant and equipment (pumps, valves, Compressors, mechanical seals and bearings.

• Carrying out routine Inspection of Emergency Diesel Generator and report any abnormalities to the shift Lead.

• Maintaining records of maintenance and repair works.

• Carrying out inspections on all mechanical equipment daily and recording findings from inspections.

• Check all malfunctioned machinery and equipment and conduct root cause analysis to diagnose whether to repair or replace.

• Assisted the maintenance team in major inspection ( overhaul) on GE frame 9E.04 Gas Turbine . Work done includes:

- Installation of transition pieces

- Installation of combustion liners

- Installation of fuel nozzles and crossfire tubes

• Conducting Inspection of Gas Turbine, HRSG, Steam Turbine and balance of Plant and report any abnormalities to the shift lead.

• Performing intermittent change over on Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) and balance of plant Auxiliary equipment.

• Working in coordination with Safety and Environmental Units to comply with environmental

& safety policies and objectives.
