Sub Module - Data Validation Tool - DVT is an electronic tool available to a widely distributed geographic group of data validation participants that allows for a side by side comparison of converting one trust data to another trust and provides a mechanism for accepting or rejecting converted data and to note exceptions.

The focus of the DVT is to provide an electronic data validation tool for the test and live synoptic conversion events.

Security has been built so that only authorized users can operate this system.
